Accurately quoting for technical art and illustrations is always tricky; costs reflect the subject, complexity, deadline, required formats, and also any research or travel expenses that my be incurred.

Prices usually start at approximately £500 ($1000) and upwards, although this depends on the amount of work involved, the style, level of detail, materials, amount of research and also the anticipated deadline.
